Scaling of biofortification
The study aims at analyzing long-term relative prices of nutritious foods, establish the effect of farmer linkage to market on utilization and adoption of vitamin A cassava, determine the governance challenges in biofortification programs and establish effect of biofortification at scale using CGE in Uganda.
